What is RhemaOS?
RhemaOS is a Scripture-powered prayer platform and Christian operating system. It helps you read Scripture, turn the passage you choose into a personalised prayer, study the Word more deeply, build a personal prayer altar, use Rhema AI, pray with trusted Communities, and keep a consistent prayer practice from one connected experience.
How is RhemaOS different from YouVersion or Glorify?
YouVersion is primarily a Bible reading platform. Glorify focuses on devotional and worship experiences. RhemaOS begins with Scripture and turns the passage you choose into a personalised prayer for your situation. It also connects that prayer practice to AI-assisted study, My Altar, Rhema AI, progress tracking, private Communities, and the Believer+ Prayer Log.
Is RhemaOS free to use?
Yes. Bible reading is free across all 66 books, including for visitors who have not signed in. New accounts start with a free 3-day trial with Seeker-level general access. No card required. Daily Rhema Audio is included during the trial; other Audio features require a paid plan.
What are prayer adaptations?
A prayer adaptation is a contextual lens applied to a Bible verse that shapes how the prayer is generated. The same verse prayed through a "Healing" adaptation yields a prayer about recovery and wholeness; through a "Warfare" adaptation, it becomes a declaration against spiritual opposition. RhemaOS offers 100 adaptations, including Personal, Morning, Night, Warfare, Business, Family, Finances, Protection, Healing, Breakthrough, Strength, and Marketplace.
What is Prayer Log?
Prayer Log is the private Believer+ history of eligible completed prayer activity. RhemaOS keeps eligible completion continuity for authenticated users as they pray, while detailed historical entries remain unavailable below Believer. Upgrading therefore reveals genuine existing prayer history rather than beginning with an empty log.
How does Community work?
Community is the fourth live RhemaOS pillar: private, invitation-only spaces for prayer requests, “I prayed” acknowledgements, answered-prayer updates and shared Scripture prayer programmes. Free users can join one Community for a one-time 7-day invited trial. Seeker has ongoing participation in one Community. Believer can join up to 2 and own up to 2 Communities with up to 10 people each. Disciple can join up to 5 and own up to 5 Communities with up to 25 people each.
Does RhemaOS work offline?
RhemaOS is a Progressive Web App (PWA), which means you can install it on your phone or tablet and access previously loaded content without an internet connection. It works on web, iOS, and Android.
What is Rhema AI?
Rhema AI is the Scripture-powered prayer companion inside RhemaOS. It is one conversational persona — Rhema — that helps you create prayers, navigate Scripture for your situation, and use RhemaOS. Every response is grounded in Scripture and points you back to the Word.
What does "Rhema" mean?
In Greek (ῥῆμα), "rhema" refers to the spoken, living Word of God — the specific Scripture that God illuminates for a believer's particular situation, as distinct from the written logos. Romans 10:17 says "faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the rhema of God." RhemaOS is built on the idea that every believer can access that living, specific word through Scripture-based prayer.
Is my prayer data private?
Yes. Your prayer journal entries, personal altar programs, Prayer Log history, and any personal context you share are stored privately and are never visible to other users, other organisations, or in analytics.
