Refund Policy
Effective Date: February 21, 2026Thank you for choosing RhemaOS. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before subscribing to any paid tier.
1. No-Refund Policy
All purchases made on RhemaOS are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription payment has been processed, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges.
This applies to:
- Monthly subscription payments
- Annual subscription payments
- Any tier upgrades or downgrades
2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
RhemaOS provides a generous free tier that allows you to fully explore and experience the platform before committing to a paid subscription. The free tier includes:
- Daily chapter access with the Personal prayer adaptation
- Full Bible study access
- Scripture library access
- Prayer history and streak tracking
Because you have the opportunity to thoroughly evaluate the Service at no cost before making a purchase, all paid subscriptions are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page. When you cancel:
- Your paid access continues until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
- Your account reverts to the Free tier after the billing period ends.
- Your prayer history, bookmarks, and journal entries are retained.
4. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, charge after cancellation), please contact us within 14 days of the charge at legal@rhemaos.app with your account email and details of the issue. We will investigate and correct any confirmed billing errors.
5. Service Disruptions
In the unlikely event of a prolonged, unplanned service disruption (exceeding 7 consecutive days) that prevents you from accessing core features of your paid tier, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a pro-rata credit toward your next billing period. This is not a refund and applies only to verified outages.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you have a situation not covered by this policy, please contact us at legal@rhemaos.app. While we are not obligated to provide refunds, we will review exceptional cases on an individual basis.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us directly, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any issues amicably.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of paid features after changes constitutes acceptance.
